## Who

Dave Bradford does consulting work as Zerobearing Enterprises, LLC. Boise, Idaho. Mountain Time. Remote.

He helps businesses ship software. Agents write the code. He designs the systems. Agents verify the work before it ships.

He now ships his own solo projects with his own team of agents — proving grounds where he stays curious, keeps tinkering, and proves the strategies he brings to client work.

He keeps systems as simple as possible and scales only when the need is real. Privacy and security come first. He builds in the open, backs opensource, self-hosts when the cloud is not the answer, and removes dependencies whenever possible.

## How he works

1. Discovery. Sit with the idea until it is a real product: what we are building, who it is for, what we will not do.
2. Design and planning. How the pieces fit, what can break, what ships first.
3. Grilling and prototyping. Humans and agents align on the thinking, tease out unknowns, nail the details, and put a thin version in your hands you can click.
4. Implementing. A team of agents writes the software. He sets the work, reviews the output, and keeps the shape honest.
5. Shipping. Early and often. Live beats perfect. Agents verify the work before it ships.
