## How he works

- Discovery: sit with the idea until it is a real product.
- Design and planning: how the pieces fit, what can break, what ships first.
- Grilling and prototyping: humans and agents align on the thinking, tease out unknowns, nail the details, and put a thin version in your hands you can click.
- Implementing: a team of agents writes the software. He sets the work and reviews the output.
- Shipping: early and often. Agents verify the work before it ships.

He keeps systems as simple as possible and scales only when the need is real. Privacy and security come first. He builds in the open, backs opensource, self-hosts when the cloud is not the answer, and removes dependencies whenever possible.
